Instructors receive competitive compensation based on workshop enrollment, student engagement, and course ratings. We have different payment structures for free and paid workshops. Detailed payment information will be provided during the onboarding process after your application is accepted.

Mukoya provides comprehensive support including technical assistance, curriculum development guidance, marketing of your workshops, and ongoing professional development. Our team helps you create engaging content and provides the tools needed to deliver effective online or in-person workshops.

We aim to review all applications within 7-10 business days. If your application is successful, you'll be invited for a brief interview and workshop demonstration. The entire process from application to onboarding typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on your availability.

Yes! We encourage instructors to teach in their areas of expertise. Once you've successfully completed the onboarding process for your first workshop, you can propose additional workshops through your instructor dashboard.
